ANSOS by healthstream
Product page
ANSOS is an enterprise staff scheduling and deployment platform acquired by HealthStream. I was brought on to design a brand-aligned product page that would seamlessly integrate ANSOS into HealthStream’s broader web ecosystem. The new page needed to communicate the platform’s capabilities while fitting into an evolving modular design system.

The Problem
The acquired product had no existing page within HealthStream’s branded ecosystem. Existing materials lacked design continuity, and the team needed a scalable, conversion-friendly layout to introduce ANSOS to enterprise healthcare clients.
Stakeholders wanted a page that would:
Present ANSOS as a unified part of HealthStream’s product family
Highlight key workforce management features in a digestible format
Match the structure and styling of other updated product pages
My Role
As the lead designer on this project, I was responsible for:
Translating product positioning into modular web content
Designing feature blocks, CTAs, and visual aids for user clarity
Adhering to HealthStream’s updated brand and accessibility standards
Collaborating with product and dev teams to bring the page live
Process
I started by reviewing internal messaging frameworks and competitor offerings.
Key steps included:
Outlining the content strategy with cross-functional stakeholders
Wireframing layouts to guide users from high-level value to deep features
Designing responsive components tailored for CMS implementation
Refining structure and hierarchy based on feedback from product teams
The Solution
The final product page features:
A branded hero section with introductory messaging and demo CTA
Scrollable feature highlights centered on scheduling efficiency and visibility
Testimonials and proof points to build enterprise trust
Reusable layout patterns consistent with other HealthStream pages
A clear path to conversion via embedded lead generation modules
Results & Impact
Helped introduce ANSOS to HealthStream’s digital ecosystem
Received internal approval for future acquired product page designs
Built a scalable design system used across additional SaaS pages
