Brandlive
Infographic
Brandlive needed a clean, compelling infographic to compare the inefficiencies of traditional sales training with the rising success of video-based learning. I was brought in to turn raw spreadsheets and narrative text into a visual story that could support presentations, sales conversations, and executive alignment around Brandlive’s product strategy.

The Problem
The source content came in the form of data-heavy spreadsheets and dense Word docs. It lacked clarity, hierarchy, and the visual storytelling needed to highlight Brandlive’s value proposition.
Stakeholders wanted an infographic that would:
Highlight the financial and engagement cost of traditional training
Shift focus to the effectiveness of modern, video-first learning
Work for both internal teams and external partner outreach
My Role
As the lead designer on this project, I was responsible for:
Interpreting and organizing the raw content into digestible sections
Designing the infographic layout from initial wireframe to final artwork
Creating icons and graphic elements to replace text-based stats
Preparing high-resolution and screen-friendly versions for distribution
Process
I began by reviewing every piece of provided data to find the key narrative arc.
Key steps included:
Mapping a side-by-side story comparing “Traditional” vs “Modern” methods
Designing minimalist icons and stat callouts to reduce visual fatigue
Structuring the layout to guide users top-to-bottom with clear progression
Balancing whitespace, color, and typography for readability
The Solution
The final infographic features:
A top-down storytelling format leading from problem to opportunity
Clear comparisons between old and new sales training models
Brand-aligned colors, typography, and icon sets
Scalable resolution and formatting for print, PDF, and web
A flexible layout reused across multiple marketing and product decks
Results & Impact
Helped Brandlive reposition their sales enablement strategy visually
Enabled faster comprehension of complex content in team presentations
Became a key visual tool in advocating for video-first training solutions
